New York Safe Boating Course

Why Take the New York Safe Boating Course?

As of January 1, 2025, all motorboat operators in New York, regardless of age, are legally required to hold a New York State Boating Safety Certificate. Failing to complete this training could result in fines of up to $250. This course provides everything you need to stay legal, safe, and confident on the water.

Whether you're a new boater, a seasoned captain, or just planning ahead for summer fun, now’s the time to get certified!
